Service Charges and Payment Terms

Our services, ranging from housemaid assistance to post-hospitalization care, ranges between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 30,000 for a 28-day period, depending on the service quality and requirements.

Service Charge

A nominal service charge of Rs. 3,000 is applicable for Two months. Only 3 staff will be replaced in a service period but this will not be applicable in case of substitute staff on leave. 

Advance Payment

To confirm and reserve staff, an advance payment of Rs. 1,500(half of the service charge) is required.

Employee Salaries

Employee salaries are to be paid directly to the staff members by the client. Consider daily wages for substitutes when staff go on leave.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate health information and ensure a safe environment for care.
• Keep your valuable items safe and secure by storing them in locked, secure spaces and using trusted security measures.
• Please ensure safe and comfort stay for the service staff.

Payment and Cancellations

Fees are payable in advance, as per the service agreement. Service cancellation must be informed 12 hours in advance otherwise only half of the service charge will be refunded.
